Urolithiasis in children is a disease that eventually requires surgical treatment. 
Statistical data show that the number of children suffering from urolithiasis has increased significantly over the last 15-20 years. The monoraphy assesses die influence of risk factors on the development of urolithiasis in children, and indicates the algorithm of early diagnosis and prevention of urolithiasis in children developed and implemented in practice, taking into account the criteria for the formation of risk groups, additional links of pathogenesis and the algorithm of early diagnosis.
