The monograph describes the causes o f abnormal uterine bleeding, their classification. clinical manifestations, diagnosis, including molecular genetic methods, and the treatment algorithm for women with abnormal uterine bleeding during pcrimenopausc. Based on the analysis o f our own clinical observations and literature data on the management of women with abnormal uterine bleeding, an algorithm of measures for the management of women with ubnormal uterine bleeding has been developed, depending on clinical, morphological and genetic studies.
