Despite the revolutionary changes that have taken place over the past decades, dermatology' still remains an urgent problem. In active consideration, possible causes of the development o f dermatoses are considered and pathogenetically sound approaches to the description o f such patients are explored. A study based on studies showed the presence o f persistent positive dynamics, both clinical and functional, in almost 25.2% o f patients with dermatoses. One o f the reasons for the resistance o f the disease to the method o f treatment may be the presence o f concomitant therapy, which aggravates the .course o f the disease, the serious effectiveness o f therapy and the worsening o f the prognosis o f the disease.
