Book description

Specialor privatehistology studies the microscopic structure of organs.
The main goal of the student’s work in practical and clinical and laboratoiy classes in this section is the development of histological preparations, the development of skills for their differential diagnostic recognition. This textbook is designed in such a way that the main attention is paid to the description of microscopic and ultramicroscopic structures. A preliminary photograph of the preparation is given, taken without the help of a microscope for orientation in the structural components of the organ. Then photographs of this organ are presented at various magnifications of the microscope. The sequence of studying preparations at low (objective 8, eyepiece 7 or 10) and high (ob. 40, approx. 7 or 10) magnifications and’ sketches of the necessary tissue components of the organ are indicated.
