The hook summarizes the clinical and laboratory predictors of obstetric bleeding in preterm labor. The results o f scientific and practical research are presented, as well as our own clinical, instrumental and functional observations conducted in a large contingent o f pregnant women at risk o f premature birth. The issues o f etiology, pathogenesis, medical history, complex diagnosis, prognosis and prevention are discussed. Methods o f forecasting and prevention in pregnant women at risk of premature birth are summarized and recommended, and a number o f diagnostic and clinical examples from our own observations are given.
