his manual was written by the teacher of the "Physiology" department of the Samarkand State Medical University. prepared in accordance with the State educational standard for education based on the program for General medicine 60910200 students. While the specific physiological features of the children's organism are reflected in the manual, the course plan consists of three parts: "General physiology", "Special physiology", "Physiology of the body's integrative control system" sections. 
A significant part of the training sessions is allocated for the independent theoretical preparation of students. Practical exercises performed by students are fully reflected. At the same time, questions covering the topic are reflected for students to engage in independent work, ensuring a complete picture of students' knowledge. 
The manual takes into account the in-depth acquisition of both theoretical and practical knowledge of future pediatricians, and takes one of the main places in the transition of students from theoretical medicine to practical medicine.
