The monograph presents modern data on etiopathogenetic risk factors for the development of coronary heart disease, in particular hyperuricemia and anxiety-depressive syndrome. Modern literary’ sources from both CIS countries and foreign countries are presented. The studied literature data allowed the authors to consider some molecular genetic factors o f predisposition to the development o f coronary’ artery> disease. The main etiopathogenetic factors are anxiety-depressive syndrome, asymptomatic hyperuricemia and its connection with genetic markers (genotypes o f pro-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory’ cytokines), as well as pro- and antiinflammatory’ cytokines. Based on our own clinical and laboratory studies, the molecular genetic features ofthe course ofunstable variants o f angina are described depending on etiopathogenetic risk factors.
