Kitob ta'rifi

A retrospective cohort study based on population was performed using administrative health care data from the province of Ontario in Canada. Two years pretransfer, two years transfer of care, and two years post-transfer, the utilization of health resources was evaluated for patients who were diagnosed with PO-IBD. Comparison groups were made available for academic, community, and loss-to- follow-up contexts respectively. The utilization of the Emergency Department (ED) was ultimately the most important outcome. Medical procedures such as hospital stays, surgical procedures, ambulatory visits, endoscopic treatments, and radiographic examinations were included in the secondary outcomes.
