This study guide one of the most pressing problems of cardiovascular diseases: non-coronary myocardial diseases. This study guide presents modern concepts of the etiopathogenesis of non-rheumatic myocarditis, cardiomyopathy, and myocardodystrophy, modern principles of diagnosis, and algorithms for managing and treating patients with this diagnosis. The work was carried out on the basis of clinical observations, as well as laboratory and instrumental research methods in patients with non-coronary heart disease. The authors develop modern approaches to management strategies, diagnostics, treatment and management of patients with non-coronary heart diseases. The presented study guide is developed in accordance with the standard and working programs of masters in the specialty "Cardiology" (70910205) and meets the requirements of the state educational standard. This tutorial consists of three parts covering a wide range of issues related to non-coronary heart diseases. At the end of each section, students are given questions, tests, and situational self-monitoring questions that help reinforce their knowledge while training highly qualified doctors.
