This educational and methodological manual covers the pathogenesis of fever, the principal mechanisms of thermoregulation, and the differential diagnosis of febrile syndromes. Particular emphasis is placed on the differential diagnosis of major infectious diseases presenting with fever. The manual has been prepared in accordance with the Infectious Diseases curriculum.Intended for 6th-year students of the International Faculty.
